Electronic complaints book

Following the amendments made by Decree-Law 74/2017, dated June 21, to Decree-Law 156/2005, of September 15, which establishes the legal regime of the complaints book, the electronic complaints book, available from 1 of July 2017 only for essential public services, was extended to all other economic activities as of July 1, 2018.

 

In compliance with the Decree-Law cited above, you should check / confirm periodically CAE your organization is already available on the platform Book Claims

All companies / institutions that currently have physical complaints book (yellow or red) must guarantee the availability of electronic complaints, keeping the complaints book in physical format, which should always exist in establishments.
